We had a small issue with the AC/heat, and the owner fixed the issue immediately. The view of the mountains is incredible, and the layout of the house is convenient. One of the few that I looked at in the area that was accessible for my elderly mother with mobility issues. Just a heads up that, on hot days, the loft bedrooms get pretty hot even with the AC on. We purchased a fan just to get some air flow up there to make sleeping easier. And it is in the mountains so if you are expecting a driveway that isn’t pretty steep and you aren’t comfortable backing in and out of a steep driveway, probably not the property for you. ##### Irish M. And the mountain views? Absolutely breathtaking.
