Pinecrest is an All-Wood spacious Cabin. Centrally located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge "close to everything." Enjoy covered decks, wood burning fireplace and hot tub. Easy access and ample parking. Ideal for 1-3 families of up to 12 people max occupancy. Note: Minimum rental age of 25 strictly enforced; I.D. Required/verified at check in with our agent. These are our personal family cabins and rest assured you are dealing directly with the owners. We are a call or text away, which is not always the case with 2nd and 3rd party Rental/Management companies.

Pinecrest is one of 5 family owned cabins we've built on the mountain and have decided to share on the rental market for all to enjoy. Based on our own rental experiences, we’ve included all the best things we liked in other cabins and designed Pinecrest to be the kind of mountain getaway most people envision when thinking of the Smokey Mountains. The Cabin is located in the most sought after area for Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge known as: Chalet Village North on Ski Mountain which is a 10 minute drive down the mountain to center of town. With a 1/2 acre of land you’ll enjoy the space without feeling isolated from civilization. The cabin is up on the mountain and nestled in gradual wooded slopes. The cabin has an easy access paved driveway with ample parking for 3-4 cars. Pinecrest is a 3 story, ALL WOOD cabin with 3 King bedrooms, a large loft with 2 bunkbeds and an additional bunk bed in the game room area. There is a full bathroom on each floor and a half bath in the lower level, a large loft, large and fully equipped kitchen and dining area, impressive great room with vaulted ceiling, fabulous wrap around and covered decks you will enjoy year round. All new appliances black/stainless, central AC/Heat, a hard to find Wood Burning fire place (propane and electric just doesn't compare), full size washer/dryer and dishwasher. The private hot tub just off the lower deck (this was intentional and you’ll appreciate not having the motor reverberate throughout the cabin at night). There is also a pool table on the lower level. There are 5 smart TVs in the bedrooms, game room and above the fire place. And of course you’ll be able to stay connected via a complimentary WiFi signal (hopefully you won't be working too much while on vacation). There are also two out door "Pilot Rock" park style charcoal grill if you desire to grill out side. There are numerous restaurants in the area and Uber drivers are normally available if you prefer not to drive. Or if you prefer to stay in and utilize the fully equipped kitchen, you can pick up groceries in town. Our guests have access to all three club houses and swimming pools located in Chalet Village (see next to last picture).

Note: Owners will only respond to non emergency messages and calls between 8am-9pm EST. Max Occupancy policy of no more than 12 adults/children for this cabin at any given time (inclusive of any visiting guests). By renting this property you agree :
1. You declare and agree you have an existing primary and permanent home address.
2. You declare and agree that your intentions or the purpose of your stay is strictly for Transient Purposes only.
3. You declare and agree there is NO intention of establishing a tenant / landlord agreement but in fact this is a strict owner/guest relationship.
