Nous pensons que le ménage n’es pas de coutume dans leurs chambres. Entre la moisissures dans la machine à café, le frigo avec les restes des clients d’avant, des insectes vivants qui se baladent dans les couloirs, ou alors les morts sur les rebords des fenêtres couplé aux toiles d’araignées millésimé, je pense que le niveau est bas. Au delà de ça, arrivé et ne pas avoir la bonne chambre, gentiment nous proposer de changer de chambre (pour celle qui es prévu de base ne l’oublions pas). La chambre n’étant pas prête, ont nous assure qu’elle sera parfaite le temps d’aller dîner. Retour à l’hôtel après notre soirée, le constat est plus qu’affligeant…. Les tiroirs des tables de chevet sont rempli de miette, il reste des affaires dans la machine à laver, et la douche n’es pas de première fraîcheur. Chaque placard ou porte ouverte laisse son lot de surprises, entre les éponges qui doivent avoir des mois de sécheresse ou les surprises des placards… Bilan, nous avons préférer rentrer chez nous à 1h30 du matin (1h de route environ) avec notre fils, et savoir que nous dormirons dans un lit propre, et un endroit qui sent bon là propreté. La gérante devait nous rappeler sans faute pour réglé ce different, mais nous sommes toujours sans nouvelles

Que dire? Chambre sale, un service cauchemardesque, la piscine est trouble. Il faut demander trois fois pour que la chambre soit faite. Le personnel sort de la famille Adams. Le petit déjeuner est immonde sorti d’un formule 1….à éviter!!!!!

Il faut revoir votre système de réservation parce que j'ai réservé une chambre avec un canapé lit pour 3 et lorsque nous sommes arrivé il n'y avait qu'une chambre pour 2 donc payement sur place un plus pour une personne. Mes amis pareil !!! Résa pour 4 et payement pour 2 en plus sur place. Ce n'est pas très honnête de faire des tarifs et une fois sur place devoir payer davantage les taxes de séjours. C'est abusé et pas agréable.

No Wi-Fi or cellular signal in the family room had my teenager upset the whole week. The hotel has a nice pool and the staff are kind and friendly. A car is essential as the beach and town are not close by.

Petite piscine de joyaux réparée avec la ligne d’eau graisseuse douche pseudo spa cassée joints moisissures, relative propreté au niveau de la chambre bricolée en Rez de jardin à fuir si vous êtes de se siècle l arnaque façon st tropez

for the price I paid- the hotel was sub-par. I understand it’s saint tropez and location is key, but the lock on the door was barely functional and quite difficult. The room needs a serious update and I paid for parking- yet there were no spots available when I arrived from a night out.
