Es ist zwar klein, aber wirklich mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und für zwei Personen sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut gepflegt und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Wir haben den Abholservice und den Brötchenservice genutzt und waren rundherum sehr zufrieden. Zudem befindet sich die Talstation der Kreuzeckbahn, die Haltestelle der Zugspitz- Zahnradbahn und ein freundlicher Ski-Verleiher wirklich nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt, sodass die Ferienwohnungen wirklich perfekt als Ausgangspunkt zum Skifahren sind. Auch die Busverbindung in die Stadt ist über den Tag hinweg gar kein Problem und die Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Abends fahren dann allerdings die Busse nicht mehr von und bis dorthin sondern nur noch bis zu einer Haltestelle ca. 20 Min. Fussweg entfernt. ##### Dana R. Wir wurden sehr freundlich in ein schönes gepflegtes Haus von einer sehr netten und fürsorglichen Vermieterin aufgenommen. Der Zustand unserer Ferienwohnung Waxenstein würde ich als tiptop bezeichnen: schön eingerichtet, äusserst sauber und gepflegt; alles sieht aus wie neu. Der Balkon offenbart einen tollen Blick auf die Berge. Für unseren (leider viel zu kurzen) Skiurlaub lag die Wohnung ideal: direkt an der Kreuzeckbahn, Alpspitzbahn und am Bahnhof zur Zugspitze - man fällt aus dem Bett direkt in die Skipiste. Und die ganze Ausrüstungsschlepperei reduziert sich auf ein Minimum. Ruhig ist da aber trotzdem. Wir würden dieses Domizil jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen es gerne weiter. Tolle Aussicht, charmante Einrichtung, tolle Größe, sehr sauber & gepflegt (so auch das gesamte Haus sowie Grundstück) ... es hat alles gepasst! Die Vermierter sind sehr nett, familien- und tierfreundlich. Den Heimhof würden wir jederzeit weiter empfehlen! Die Lage ist mit Kind & Hund sensationell :-)! Es gibt kein Haus, das näher an den Aufstiegmöglichkeiten Alpspitzbahn und Kreuzeckbahn gelegen ist, als der Heimhof, um in das schöne alpine Skigebiet zu gelangen. Auch ausgiebige Wanderungen und Skilanglauf könen direkt vor der Haustür gestartet werden. Des weiteren bestehen gute Verkehrsanbindungen zur Ortsmitte GAP, zu den Nachbarorten und zur Zugspitze (ebenfalls direkt vor der Haustür). Uns ist der Heimhof seinerzeit von einenm Bekannten empfohlen worden. Wir haben bereits mehrfach Empfehlungen weitergegeben. Auch Verwandte haben schon begeistert dort ihren Urlaub verbracht und beabsichtigen, dies wieder. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und geben einem das Gefühl: "hier bin ich daheim". Für das nächste Jahr haben wir mal im Sommer gebucht, um die nähere Umgebung zu bewandern und im nahe gelegenen wunderschönen Eibsee zu schwimmen. Wir freuen uns schon sehr darauf. ##### Bernd K. Nov 10, 2012 #### Urlaub zu jeder Jahreszeit ein Genuss Ich fahre mit meinem Partner schon seit vielen Jahren in den Heimhof und das spricht doch eigentlich schon für sich. Bis auf zwei Wohnungen haben wir schon in allen gewohnt und wir müssen sagen, jeder ist schön und hat ihren ganz besonderen Charme. Die kleinen unterm Dach sind romantisch, die große mit dritten Bett im Wohnzimmer (als Schrankbett und doch sehr bequem) bieten viel Platz und eine separate Küche mit allem was man braucht ...das tutut der Zugspitz verschafft sofort Urlaubsstimmung wenn sie morgens quasi vorm Haus hält. Wir waren sowohl zum wandern als auch zum skilaufen schon mehrfach da. Ich könnte jetzt noch gaaanz viel schreiben...aber fahrt einfach hin, ihr werdet es nicht bereuen. Schönes gepflegtes Haus und sehr nette und fürsorgliche junge Vermieter...schöne Zeit an alle die jetzt fahren...wir sind wohl auch bald wieder da und freuen uns schon auf BErge Schnee und die Vermieter ##### Nicole G. Nov 7, 2012 #### Tolle Aussichten Neben der tollen Aussicht auf die Berge und die wunderbare Natur, wurden wir mit den hochwertigen Ferienwohnungen Waxenstein mehr wie überrascht. Tolle Betten, eine hochwertige Küche die in Ihrer Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen lässt und und hochwertige Bäder haben unsere Zeit wie im Flug verfliegen lassen. Alles war super sauber und hochwertig und bei Fragen und Anregungen zu Wanderungen wurde uns sehr kompetent und immer nett geholfen. Unsere Kinder hatten keine Langeweile, da ebenfalls ein kleiner Spielplatz hinter dem Haus zu finden ist. Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr günstig und vor allen Dingen ruhig. rd. 1 km Richtung Grainau gibt es einen Aldi, alles andere in Richtung Garmisch Außer der Zugspitzbahn die alle Stunde mal vorbeikommt hört man ..........nichts und das war für uns sehr wichtig um uns erholen zu können. Nov 7, 2012 #### Hier kann man sich nur wohlfühlen Das Zimmertürchen zur Wank-Wohnung - Begeisterung. Alle sehr sauber und ordentlich und vorallem mit viel liebe dekoriert. Früh morgens gabs den Brötchenservice - Ideal und lecker:) Der Ausgangsort ist der perfekte Start zum Wandern, grüne Lage, ringsumher Berge - was fürs Auge Im Heimhof kann man sich nur wohlfühlen - Preis/Leistung super. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### Nadine M. Nov 4, 2012 #### Sehr schöne FeWo Die Ferienwohnung "Daniel" weist neben der sehr gemütlichen Einrichtung auch einen sehr sauberen Zustand auf. Ein atemberaubender Bergblick ist sowohl vom Wohn- und Esszimmer, als auch vom Schlafzimmer aus zu genießen. Der dazugehörige Balkon erstreckt sich über beide Räume und läd zum gemütlichen Ausklingen des Tages ein. Nach einem sehr freundlichem Empfang fehlte es in der Ferienwohnung an nichts. Sowohl die ruhige Lage am Fuße des Kreuzecks als auch der Komfort der Wohnung sorgten dafür, dass wir uns sehr wohl fühlen konnten. Auch unser Hund fand Gefallen auf seiner Decke vor der Balkontür, von dort aus konnte er seinen Beobachtungen nachgehen. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist modern und gepflegt und für eine Ferienwohnung sehr gut ausgestattet. Im sauberen Tageslichtbad sind nicht nur frische Handtücher anzufinden, sondern für die kältere Jahreszeit sorgt auch ein Handtuchheizkörper für ein Wohlfühlambiente. Die Ferienwohnung entspricht in vollem Umfang die Beschreibungen von FeWo-direkt und der Homepage des Hauses. Für Wanderungen und den Wintersport ist die Wohnung ideal gelegen. Nov 1, 2012 #### Super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Skifahren Wir waren für eine Woche zum Wandern im Ferienhaus Heimhof. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Es war sehr sehr schön. Die Lage ist optimal, näher kann man nicht am Wander- oder Skigebiet wohnen. Die Wohnungen und das ganze Anwesen ist in einem Top Zustand und die Vermieterfamilie ist auch sehr sehr nett und liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. TOP Unterkunft. Kann man nur empfehlen.
