"Hotel was not clean. Carpets are very old and dirty in the hallways and stairs, it is old and dirty. One staff lady was rude when we check in, she was not friendly but Sharon was really nice when we check out. "

"I waited 50 minutes for the employee to report to work to check me and three other guests in! We rang the bell,.. went to knock on all employee doors! The room was dirty but I was too tired to complain! I will never stay in this establishment again! The pool and hot tub don’t work and the other guest stated they should take pool and hot tub off their amenities because for as long as they knew it never worked! This claims Best Western company but it is false advertisement! "

"Clean, pleasant staff, and convenient location. It's next to Top Golf and Winco. There's a shopping center across the street with fast-food and restaurant options. There's a kids play center called Kids Empire as well. The only thing that would make it even more awesome is a laundry room."

"Great location and very friendly staff. Short walk to a local bus stop that goes to Alta/Snowbird and very close to the Park and Ride that goes to the same locations and other major ski areas. Also, 8+ good restaurants, bars/grills and a ski shop within 1/2 mile or less. Decent breakfast too."

"I was traveling for a wedding. Wanted to be close enough to the airport. It was convenient for my needs. Was very surprised as the outside looked a little plain. Very bice, clean and staff were excellent. Room spacious and quiet. Nice breakfast. Only thing is hot water was not hot enough for me. Lol. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great value. "

"This hotel was perfect for our event at the Maverik Center. Loved the complimentary LYFT pickup & drop-off at the airport. Pool & hot tub were great (clean! and generous hours). Breakfast was on par for this type of hotel, and I appreciated the menu. Front desk staff were pleasant and helpful, even at 3am. I'd definitely stay here again. "
