"Hotel was ok, bed had clump of long hair in between sheets when arrived. Crumbs/food on floor. Window shade was broken."

"Hot tub not open. People yelling in next room at 3am. Manager in hall couldn't stop them. 4am still noisy so got up to take a shower. Hot water only got luke warm. Decided to leave so had breakfast but milk in cereal was curdled and sour. Nothing was acceptable."

"A very spacious, comfortable place to stay without all the guests feeling like they are on top of each other all the time. The kitchen was fully functional and the dining table large. It was easy to really live in this space like a real home."
