"It was so cold as soon as I entered the room, and the floor was so cold that I couldn't walk barefoot. The bathroom glass was broken, and the broken ventilator was too noisy. "We had an Amazing weeklong stay at Hotel Fortuna. Room was very comfortable, Breakfast was plentiful and delicious; and the Staff was helpful and very supportive. The Desk Host Receptionist was Wonderful ~O'orhah?! She helped us with Everything, logistics, taxis, food delivery etc... We Loved It, and will be back for our next family trip in February 2026."
