« Good hotel, bed are confortable. Restaurant for the diner is good too. The breakfast needs to be improved. I should be able to select what I would like to eat & toast my breads myself. I lost 2 times more than 10 min in the morning to order & get what I want »

« When I arrived, there was no heating on in the room and it was quite chilly. I had a word with reception and it was soon resolved. Someone came to the rescue! « Good value hotel about a mile from the city centre. Doors are all combination so there is no worry about losing the key. Room had to be reprogrammed but the staff did this quickly and cheerfully. Very helpful and welcoming. »

The manager was very friendly and helpful by carrying our luggage to our room. The room is clean and comfortable. The full English breakfast was very good and served piping hot.
