"Our room was cold and the thermostat did not work so they got us a portable heater. We asked for 2 beds but got one king size bed and they weren’t able to exchange bc they were apparently full! We ended up getting a cot for our room. We stayed 2 nights and paid for parking , a little expensive! The female clerk we encountered when we checked in the first time, was very rude! Thankfully the second was very cordial. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was very tasty and a bit expensive!Not too sure if I would stay here again! "

"Room decor was a little outdated, but the king bed was beyond comfortable. The water pressure and temp in the shower was insanely good. Paid for harbour view room, and it did not disappoint. Excellent stay!"

"One staff member will make skip leave your food on the table by the sofa unattended and make you come down to retrieve it. This has happened dur8ng the hours when the front door isnt locked. So if you have a disability, book elsewhere. The elevator is the slowest in yhe world, so your food will be cold and surround by strangers. Also, plan on having your friends stopped and not allowed access yet again during the day and early evening. She thinks she knows all guests. Definitely bot staying here again. "
