About this space  
Welcome to your authentic, fully updated, year- round cottage by the sea, built by shipbuilders in 1880. Feel at home in an entire charming and comfortable residence on 1 acre in the heart of the seaside village within easy walking distance to Gabarus Beach and the Gull Cove Trail. Surrounded by ocean views from every window, experience the rich culture and peace of historic Gabarus next to 10,000 acres of provincial wilderness area. Other things to note  
As an historic, albeit fully restored, home, it has several small idiosyncrasies: 1) bathroom is totally immaculate and functional but small; 2) the water table is quite high, and you may occasionally hear the humming of the sump pump in the basement; and 3) the bedroom doors, again due to the age of the house, do not all close perfectly tightly.
