"Bonjour, Je vous contacte concernant ma réservation au Campanile Berlin Brandenburg Airport du 17 au 20 octobre. Lors de mon séjour, plusieurs problèmes se sont produits : • Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre, rendant la nuit très inconfortable compte tenu de la saison. • Les rideaux n’étaient pas occultants, ce qui laissait passer toute la lumière du soleil. • Mais surtout, à la fin de mon séjour, j’ai découvert que ma réservation s’arrêtait le 20 octobre et non le 21, comme je le pensais. J’avais laissé mes affaires dans la chambre, et la réception m’a annoncé que je devais payer 115 € pour les récupérer, alors que j’avais déjà réglé le montant total du séjour (175 €). Je considère ce paiement comme contraint et abusif. L’hôtel a retenu mes effets personnels pour m’obliger à payer, ce qui constitue une pratique illégale, à la fois selon le Code civil français (article 2286) et le Code civil allemand (§§ 985 et 812 BGB), qui interdisent la rétention injustifiée des biens d’autrui. Je vous demande donc votre aide pour : • Obtenir le remboursement de 115 €, ou à défaut, • Une compensation équitable (avoir, crédit voyage, etc.). Je peux joindre a ce message toutes les preuves nécessaires. Je vous remercie par avance pour votre aide et reste disponible pour tout complément d’information."

"The hotel is slightly cheaper compared to the rest of Berlin, and it has nice equipments like the gym. When i had to arrive earlier than the check-in time, the staff have accepted to prepare my room in advance so i could rest in my room without waiting in the lobby. Great comfort, the S-Bahn is 5 minutes walking and the tram is by the hotel entrance."

"Le petit-déjeuner est servi à partir de 6h, ce qui est bien pour pouvoir commencer tôt sa journée. Dans la chambre il y a un fauteuil très confortable. La douche est très fonctionnelle, ce qu'il m'a manqué c'etait un frigo dans la chambre. A quelques mètres à peine de la station de train Sbahn qui nous permet d'arriver en centre-ville en 30 minutes."
