"We arrived after visiting Ellora Caves. There is no road to the hotel and it's very dangerous to get there. Once we arrived, the hotel staff did not have our reservation. There was no manager on site and the staff could not get in touch with the manager. There was no food or drinks available so we had to go to town to eat. "The overall property is very impressive; however, the guest rooms require more attention and maintenance. Fixtures such as curtains, door handles, wardrobes, and soap dispenser stands need critical care and improvement. On a positive note, the restaurant staff and food were outstanding and truly the highlight of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. I would like to especially mention the warm welcome extended by your restaurant manager, Vikram, who is extremely polite and humble. Vaishali prepared and served the best tea we had during our trip. Chef Sainath and his team were excellent—courteous and helpful in preparing and serving delicious food, along with great recommendations. Server Valmik also did an excellent job."

"I stayed at Treat Imperial Hotel, Aurangabad, with my wife for one day on 27 February 2026, and we had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The swimming pool was excellent—clean and very relaxing. We also really liked the dining hall, which was pleasant and nicely arranged. What impressed us the most was the staff. They were extremely polite, efficient, and always ready to help. Their service made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, everything about the hotel was excellent. I would definitely recommend Treat Imperial Hotel to anyone visiting Aurangabad and would be happy to stay there again"

"My room smelt heavily of cleaner, when I complained, the assistant manager turned up with another spray which I refused. Then plugged in an air purifier after telling me no otger rooms were free. Was too tired, and disappointed. Next day the room was changed with no compensatory gesture but my experience was entirely different. They should have acted sooner.otherwise would have given 5 star for value."
