We had three rooms. Check in was confusing. It was self check in and the procedure wasn’t too clear. The room was pretty spacious but the beds were very uncomfortable. There was no way to get extra linens unless you were able to catch the cleaning crew first thing in the morning. There was a lot of storage throughout the room and nice amenities in the bathroom. Cleanliness is the key concern of the hotel. Very uncomfortable bed. 1 towel per person for the entire duration of stay. Absolutely the worst in Fukuoka! Don’t stay here. Even the pre check-in page, only available in Japanese. Avoid this property. All the web addresses that were given me couldn't connect. 'Error code 404'. All the phone numbers also, 'no answer or unavailable'. Finally, checked in using the confirmation code at the site. The room was nice, but very dirty. Dust on every surface, shower and tub enclosure moldy. Air conditioner remote didn't work at all. Stuck on cooling and would not turn off. The beds were old and the box springs were uneven and made all sorts of noises when lying down.
