The place was okay because its close to highway but boring place to be because its industrial area and we paid for 4 people and the room was very small for 4 beds but everything was clean and we had a nice breakfast

It was hard to find the room since it had no room number painted on the door (we guessed a bit based on other room numbers). Also a bit scary that the front door was wide open when we arrived at 11 pm. Other than that, clean, convenient room. Really good

We had a room booket for 2 people, the bed was only made for 1, the madress was really poor, not good for 2 people. The room was clean, check in was online, got my room number and code on mail. Very easy.

I did not like the fact that there was no staff on site. They advertised that breakfast is on site but I never saw it and there was never front desk staff present. I could not use my phone to call internationally and there was no phone on site for guests. Everything is closed on Sunday so there were no food options on Sunday. I booked two rooms but they only provided check in code for one room initially. I had to get someone to help me call the hotel staff to explain I needed the second code. The towels were not clean and we had no one to ask as we checked in on Sunday. Housekeeping was nice but she did not speak English or German so we were not able to ask her any questions. If you do not have transportation, this may not be a good location as there is not much close by.

Good hotel, terrible customer care

The hotel is decent for short stays and the value for money is good. Easy to access, late checkin was very easy, even if front desk is not staffed. However, service was poor. Although checkout is at 11, we were woken up with powerful knocks on the door before 8am to pay for the room “because our boss decided to close the reception earlier” (the room was guaranteed with a credit card anyway); when I said we would go in half an hour, we were told “now!”, not even a “please”. At 8:30 we wanted to have breakfast, we were told they had already closed the breakfast because “the boss decided to close earlier”, although the time announced was until 10am. After asking to see the boss without success, we were at least offered the favour of a cup of coffee. The surroundings are very quiet, which is a plus when needing to rest after late arrival, but that was spoiled by the staff’s unsolicited wake-up knocks. It would be unfair not to recommend the hotel, as the value for money is good, rooms are of good size and beds comfortable, but they really need to train their personnel in customer care.

Das Bett konnte nicht genutzt werden, da der Lattenrost in seine Einzelteile zerfallen war und die losen Latten unter dem übrigens schrottreifen Bett lagen. Trotzt Versprechen der Reparatur, war das die 2. Nacht wieder so. Niemand kümmerte sich darum und es musste auf dem Boden geschlaffen werden. Nach sehr intensiver Kritik bekam man ein anderes Zimmer, kam dann aber nicht mehr in das alte Zimmer um seine Dinge zu holen. Die Kraft am Telefon ist für nichts zu gebrauchen. Unterkunft ist kein Hotel. Lieber im Auto schlafen.

Horrible experiencia

Horrible. No me daban el código de acceso ni la habitación, no podía contactar con ellos ni al teléfono, ni al mail y la recepción cerraba a la media hora de dar acceso a la habitación... Tuve que contactar con los agentes de hoteles.com que fueron quienes muy eficazmente consiguieron la habitación y el acceso a las 22:30 h de la noche... Para colmo no recibí ningún tipo de disculpa, ni nada por parte del hotel... Realmente terrible.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist verschlissen. Schwarze lange Haare auf den Betttextilien und den Handtüchern. Die Dusche war nicht gereinigt worden. Das Zimmer war sehr warm und es war leider nicht möglich bei geöffnetem Fenster zu schlafen weil die Nachbarfirma eine laute Lüftung hatte.

Schwierig telefonisch zu erreichen, obwohl darum gebeten wird sich zu melden wenn man nach 14 Uhr einchecken möchte. Verwirrende Aussagen über bereits geschickte Mails mit Zimmercode, die nicht kamen. Hat aber zu guter Letzt doch noch geklappt. Einfaches Hotel mit staubigen Ecken, aber war zumindest günstig. Ohne den Eincheck-Stress für eine Nacht in Ordnung.

Lage in einem Gewerbegebiet im 2. Stock. Check in nur per PIN die via Mail versendet wurde. Keine Gastronomie vor Ort, keine Automaten an denen man etwas kaufen könnte. Holzbrett an dem Bettrahmen ausgebrochen. Antennendose aus der Wand gerissen. Seitenwand der Duschkabine nicht vorhanden. Kein Fernseher. Reinigunszustand mangelhaft (Spinnweben, etc).
