A spacious loft offers a cozy spot to read or relax, but it is intended for hanging out rather than sleeping. Pet policy & notes The home is pet‑friendly for dogs; cats are not allowed due to allergies. A very slight smoke smell remains from previous owners, which most guests do not notice, but very sensitive travelers may prefer another option. Our cleaning team sweeps the deck, stairs and walkways before each arrival, though leaves, pollen or other natural debris may still be visible during certain seasons. The host asks us if we wanted to stay an extra night because he didn’t have a booking. We said no, and asked for a late check out, which he would not accommodate us with, despite offering it for an extra 80\.
