"Quaint cottage with comfortable living space and bonus outdoor lounge chairs to enjoy an afternoon book. The property is within 30 mins of hiking trails in Shenandoah National Park. We really appreciated the ability to get to Main Street high end restaurants and an ice cream shop that had delicious flavor choices. We enjoyed ourselves and the owner was quick responding to questions. "

We greatly appreciated the free Netflix especially since ti rained during part of our stay. The location is ideal for our weekend adventures."

"Our drive up to the cabin was adventurous! It was late, dark, rainy and the roads were very windy! At the end of the gravel we saw the cabin amongst the clouds. "The house was as advertised and very clean. The house instructions were clear and check out instructions where minimal. We had some slight confusion on working the thermostat and the bedrooms became much warmer in the evening, than the main areas. But as long as you knew that you could turn the temperature way down. Overall, the house was very comfortable and was a great location for us to spend two evenings during our visit."

When we got there our water was turned off, which threw me in a panic mode, but my hvac son soon corrected that situation. "The property was peaceful. There are plenty of paces to stroll and nearby hiking trails as well. The sound of the water was soothing and relaxing. I am sure it must be a great retreat from the heat of the summer as tubing and kayaking would be readily available."

The downstairs was perfect for our kids, just the best hangout area for them to relax and have their own space. The fenced in yard and gated deck was perfect for our pup too.
