Nice house about 80 m² living u. Effective area with 2 bedrooms and woodburning stove. Ground floor: living room with fireplace DVD player, stereo with CD player, digital satellite TV (flat screen in the living room) Separate kitchen: dishwasher, refrigerator with 3-star freezer, convection oven, 4-burner -Cerankochfeld, microwave dishes are sufficiently available (coffee maker, Senseo pad machine, kettle, toaster, etc.) separate dining area 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 180cm x 200 cmFlur with wardrobe, shower room + WC + washing machineStore floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90 X 200cm WC + Washbasin upstairsOther: Gasheizungca. 400 m² garden. Not fenced. beautiful terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, 1 carport, storage room z. B. for bicycles distance to the beach about 400 mNo pets allowed.

Feedback Aufenthalt Friedrichskoog Spitze

1. Das Haus war grob / oberflächlich gereinigt. Sowohl die Schränke als auch die Betten mussten von uns zunächst nochmal gereinigt werden. Weiterhin haben wir das Haus nochmal mittels Staubsauger ausgesaugt und den Bereich unten nass gewischt. Hier wäre eine Abnahme vor Übergabe an die neuen Mieter wünschenswert. 2. Im Badezimmer haben wir gleich zu Beginn das Waschbecken mit dem Pömpel ( kenne leider den Fachausdruck hierfür nicht) von der Verstopfung befreien müssen. Hier sollte sich ein Installateur das Ganze nochmal ansehen. 3. Im unteren Schlafzimmer knarrt das Bett bei jeder kleinen Bewegung. Auch hier gibt es Abstellbedarf. Der Vermieter wurde durch mich im Nachgang via Mail darüber informiert und es gab keinerlei Rückmeldung

Das Haus ist toll. Der Garten wunderschön.
