« A hotel set in beautiful surroundings. The staff were very friendly and welcoming to us and the dog. The room was a good size and had a balcony with a hammock and lake view. The breakfast was good, with freshly cooked eggs. The food in the evening was a bit limited; only one choice of a main meal but there were numerous bar snacks and sharing platters. Not really a problem though, as there was a restaurant 5 minutes walk down the road. In all a very enjoyable stay »

« We just came from a wonderfull stay at this paradise. The service was at it finest, and the location to. We were so lucky, that the staff (Susanna) upgraded our room to a supirior, because there were one free. The room was so beautifull - the combination of wood, stone and “farm” style has sat an impression of us. You really need to experience this place. Both the location, but very much the service indeed. Incredible breakfeast, haven’t got anyting near this standard for the money before....

"Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille (2 adultes et 3 enfants de 12/10/7 ans) dans ce havre de paix et de verdure. La maison est grande, tres fonctionnelle avec une salle de bain par chambre. Tout est très propre, la cuisine est bien équipée, le WiFi fonctionne parfaitement. La vue est incroyable depuis la maison et la terrasse. La maison domine un des nombreux vignobles de Vinho Verde. Le calme est absolu. Les enfants ont joué des heures dans l immense piscine, pendant que nous lézardions sous l auvent à proximité. Il y a un frigo, un evier, de la vaisselle et un barbecue à ce niveau. Les supermarchés sont à 15 minutes, bien achalandés. Nous avons profité de la semaine pour rayonner facilement à proximité : Porto, Guimaraes, Braga, le sanctuaire du Bom Jesus do Monte, et à ne pas manquer, la superbe vallée du Douro. Un grand merci à Maria pour son accueil chaleureux et sa gentillesse !! "
