Beautiful pool and nice hot tub. Breakfast room was inviting and a variety of items both hot and cold were provided. Rooms spacious, were very clean and beds comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

This was an awesome place, especially for the price. The staff was great, the room was clean and well equipped. You could tell that this was an older hotel from the design and layout but very well maintained. They had a very good complimentary breakfast and it was located in a nice part of town. If i'm traveling and staying in Fresno I will definitely choose this place again.

Overall, just a wonderful place to stay. I feel like it's a hidden gem of Fresno. Not only are the rooms clean but the room comes with a free breakfast. A great pool, an amazing restaurant attached and the location is wonderful

The Hotel Piccadilly is a family friendly place. The property is older, but well maintained. The staff are professional and friendly, they will have any request completed in a timely manner. The breakfast buffet is great, but I would have like to see more variety different days of the week.

Older rooms but clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Gym was good, breakfast was provided with room rate, basic but sufficient to get the day started. Ice machine was hard too find.

Location has many nearby dining options. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage and seasoned potatoes, along with cereal, oatmeal and pastries. I don’t think they had waffles. I was there for two days and breakfast, while good, it was exactly the same on both days. Rooms are very spacious. I had a lovely stay.
