Great house in quiet neighborhood

This house is very nicely done on the inside. 3 very nice bedrooms. We enjoyed using the bbq grill It was a nice place to stay

Overall great place to stay. Great neighborhood, very quiet and peaceful. The home was very clean and had all the amenities you need for a cofortable stay. Has a gate with a code which provides a little more security to your vehicle

Family Event in Fresno

The house is very well maintained and extremely clean. The host was very responsive to any questions and proactive in the check in process. Convenient central location. We would 100% stay here again. Perfect size for a group of 4 adults. Nice furnishings as well.

Birthday celebration

This is my second time staying at a house from this host, property was clean perfect for our stay. Had a little issue with the ceiling fan the host came right away and fixed it Would definitely stay again and would recommend this property.

Have stayed with Masato before at another one of his properties and really enjoy his homes. Very clean and have what you need. He makes check in process super easy and is able to get ahold of whenever need be. Will stay with him again when we return to fresno!

This house is great! We felt safe. It is similar to hotel because of the amenities. Be aware that using the a/c comes with an extra fee. Overall, this place is great. It’s really nice and comfortable.

Peaceful stay

I had a very peaceful stay at this home. I was in town for a funeral and loved that I had the whole house to myself. Also loved that there were televisions in two of the three bedrooms and one in the living room. We will definitely book here again when family comes from out of state and meets up in Fresno before going to our cabin in the Sierras. Masato and Ramon were very communicative and allowed me to enter the property an hour earlier than check in since I had arrived early. This home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Large backyard too. Really like that I can park my car in the garage and lock the gate surrounding the property for extra security. Highly-recommend!

NICE HOUSE

We had a good stay, the only comment I'd like to make was that the master bath was much smaller than I anticipated! Also, the 2nd bath should have some bars or non-slip strips inthe tub to help people of any age to get out of the bath tub. My sister took a shower in the tub shower combo and it was very slippery. She almost fell! Otherwise, the house was great, It was clean, had plenty off nice fluffy towels, plenty of utensils, and extra amenities! Host and co host was receptive of my calls.

Clean, quiet, cozy and conveniently located for your next national park trip

Property is clean and well-maintained, and owner was responsive and helpful with the minor issues we had. Neighborhood is relatively quiet and the house is gated plus has a garage for security/safety. Appliances (stove, washer/dryer) in great working order. Convenient location near grocery stores and restaurants in Fresno, with Whole Foods & some smaller local grocery stores are very close by as well as a pretty wide selection of restaurants. Overall, a good place to stay at the halfway point between Sequoia and Yosemite National Parks.

Nice and cozy

My family and I stayed for a quick trip. The house was easy to find and instructions and communication from the host were awesome. The house was cute and clean, appreciated the additional towels and liked the provided soap and shampoo/conditioner. The would would be great for an extended stay as well, great backyard for kids to play, the extra security of the locking fence and use of the garage were an added bonus.

Met all of our needs

Clean, comfortable and accommodating. Washer and dryer were a nice convenience. Plenty of hangers, pillows, and extra blankets. The dishwasher didn't open all the way (refrigerator was in the way) but that was merely a minor inconvenience. I would definitely stay here again.
