Je me demande comment abritel peut travailler avec des personnes comme ça !!Et comment cette hote a pu avoir des avis positifs. Avis falsifiés ?? De graves problèmes relationnel harcèlement par téléphone et par sms tout au long du séjour. De graves problèmes lors de l'état de lieu de départ.La fixation de l'heure de départ de la remise de clé et la réalisation de l'état de lieu de départ très très compliqué la hote demande le nettoyage des évacuations en démontant les grilles d'évacuation. Cette exigence n'est pas appliquée par la hote qui loue un appartement très poussiéreux.Et pour finir des agressions verbales ainsi que des menaces pour me forcer à payer les frais de ménage de la grille d'évacuation.L'appartement est dans un emplacement trop bruyant ( squattage) et beaucoup trop chaud malgré la climatisation.

Agréable séjour en famille, à deux pas de la plage

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille. L'appartement est très bien situé, à deux pas de la plage, et des animations de Fréjus et de Saint Raphaël. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Sarah et son mari, qui ont été très à l'écoute de nos questions et demandes, notamment sur les possibilités de stationnement à proximité. Il y a eu une très bonne communication avec Sarah pendant tout le séjour. L'appartement est bien équipé, conformément au descriptif et aux photos. Un canapé convertible plus large ainsi qu'un lave-vaisselle seraient un plus. Néanmoins, nous avons apprécié notre séjour et nous y reviendrons très certainement.

Sehr angenehmer und erholsamer Familienurlaub

Die Wohnung ist in einem guten gepflegten Zustand. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Im ganzen ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
