French Riviera, Gulf of St Tropez. Flat with terrace in reassured and calm luxurious residence provided with a privative garage.  
Ideally located 200m from the sea and 400m from the center and the port. The apartment is also nearby (100m) of a fresh, shady and free botanical park.  
The apartment (51 m²), fully air conditioned, includes a main room with sofa bed 130x190cm, full kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, TV 107 cm, table and 4 chairs, 1 storage room , 1 bedroom with large bed 160x190cm (mattress comfort) and large closet, and 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine.  
Terrace (16 m²) includes a set table and chairs.

Superbe appartement, très bien placé et bien équipé. Très calme et propre. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Anne Marie. Nous recommandons à 100% cette location pour les vacances, c’était un régal en famille avec la plage à côté et de belles visites à proximité (calanques, marchés, Fréjus, St Raphaël…)

Appartement spacieux et lumineux dans un quartier sûr avec une très bonne orientation de la terrasse. Commerces, restaurants et plage facilement accessibles à pied. Le garage fermé est également un plus. L'hôte et l'hôtesse sont très aimables , serviables et facilement accessibles. On a passé de très bonnes vacances.

Von der reibungslosen Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bis zur Unterkunft selbst, es war alles einwandfrei. Sehr zuvorkommend und äußerst freundlich. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und bietet genug Platz. Die Küche war mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Logement correspondant tout à fait à l'annonce. Bien situé à environ 450m de la petite plage de la Galiote en pente très très douce (idéale pour des enfants) et des commerces.
