New Listing: This home has been very well loved and maintained, inside and out. Inside you will enjoy visiting with your guest in the open concept Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen areas. Bedrooms will accommodate at least one couple in each of the room. Each room is set up for couples or single guest. One large family, multiple smaller families, couples, girls getaway, guys fishing trip, etc.

Outside you can enjoy views of the Intra Coastal Waterway (no beach views). Downstairs you will find a very clean and versatile area with table & bar stools, enclosed shower, water hose, BBQ Pit and a hammock. Great for hosing off kids and toys or just hanging out while cooking on the Pit.

Enjoy great birding and photography opportunities…so be sure to pack your binoculars and camera. The closest area of the beach to Surfside View is Pedestrian Beach. This is a small section of beach in Surfside that is for Pedestrians only…no vehicles, golf carts, atv's, etc. are allowed on the beach at any time. You can conveniently park along Beach Drive, and within a couple of steps you will be at the water's edge. You can also park at Jetty Park with bathroom facilities and enjoy the great fishing, walking the jetty and watching the cargo ships come in and out of the port. There is a gorgeous Butterfly & Nature Trail near the Splash Pad & children’s fishing / crabbing area. If you prefer to park on the beach then you can make the short drive down to Middle Beach or County Beach that allow vehicle traffic on the sand.

• Bring Your Own Linens (sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels) to save on costs. If you would like to bring your own linens ask us to remove the cost which is included in the cleaning fee.

Pet-Friendly Vacation Home - Your Furry Friends Are Welcome! We know that pets are part of the family, and we are happy to welcome them at this home! Guests may bring up to two pets per property with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet. If you have more than two pets, please reach out to us - we may be able to make an exception. For small breed pets under 10 pounds, we will do our best to accommodate your request. We ask that all pet owners be mindful of the home and community, clean up after their pets, and follow any local pet guidelines.
