Island Tyme- Canal Waterfront Paradise with Sunset View!

Get ready to escape from the Hustle and Bustle of life to unwind and enjoy simple days of fun in the sun as a family beach vacation or a bay/gulf fishing trip. This canal waterfront is home to the perfect blend of both, BEACH and BAY, with immediate access to bayside fishing & crabbing here in Treasure Island Community! Island Tyme is just a 2-3 minutes stroll away from the Treasure Island pedestrian beach access point or a leisurely drive to Surfside-Galveston activities; Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Rainforest Cafe and Pleasure Pier,.
Bring your boat and/or jet skis and store them in the covered boat slip at the property. Community boat ramp is available for guests' use located at the front of Fathom Dr., as is the lighted community Fishing pier that is 100 yards from our property. Fishing and crabbing is well known in the adjacent Christmas Bay.
No boat, no worries, as you can fish directly from the dock, in the back of the house for the opportunity to catch speckled trout, flounder, redfish or do some crabbing from the canal that feeds into Cold Pass. There’s a green LED flood light for epic night fishing.

San Luis Pass and Treasure Island is well known for fishing and crabbing with beautiful sunset and sunrise. Easy access to the Gulf and bay water!

* 3rd bedroom: Twin over Full Bunk Trundle beds and shared bath (can sleeps 8)

Indoor - SmartTV with Roku, Internet/WIFI, freshly remodeled, all appliances including Keurig, air fryer, coffee maker, dishwasher, oven toaster, oven, washer and dryer, stocked pantry, and many new furnishings throughout. Board games and cornholes available.
Outdoor - Spacious covered deck w/ seating, gas grill, patio w/ fish cleaning table & outdoor shower, private boat slips, picnic table, Adirondack chairs and fenced yard, green light for night fishing.

The house was beautiful and welcoming! It was well stocked with dry goods and a wide selection of coffees. There was even a sweet snack basket full of wonderful treats and a Pumpkin Cheese Pie for us to enjoy for Thanksgiving! We would highly recommend Island Tyne, It is im a great location and perfect for families and friends. We will definitely be back!!!

Great host, great location. The canal is fun for fishing, the boat lift is great for the boat with a short ride under the toll bridge for excellent fishing. The view is nice, and the sunset is beautiful! This is our second time staying here.

Beautiful place to stay to sit out on balcony to rest read and relax. Close proximity to beach which was never crowded which was nice for my grandsons. Only suggestion would be to clean tray under burners on grill before sets the grill on fire. Thanks again for making our stay great.

The home was clean, welcoming for all ages. The host and hostess was considered enough to have games for the kids, snacks out as a welcoming on dining table. This experience was totally opposite from one we had in the past with a different host in the same area. We will consider this home again when looking at the same area for our next fishing trip. Above and Beyond Expectations!

I have a group of friends that come out to the area every year for a fishing getaway weekend. This is my 10th year coming out and I can honestly say that this was one of the best houses we have stayed at in the neighborhood. Nancy was hands down the best owner to communicate with and their attention to detail was amazing. The decor of the home, welcome baskets with candy/snacks, etc. was a great touch and really made the weekend even better. I was truly impressed by the little details (like an emergency box in case of power outage) and things you wouldn't normally think of that they had everywhere. You can tell they care about their guests and go the extra mile to make sure the stay is amazing. We will be back for sure! Highly recommend this property!!

Excellent location for fishing in the canal or under the toll bridge with a boat. The house was clean and had plenty of room. Beautiful view of the water and toll bridge. I would stay here again. The family loved it.

First of all the owner's are so pleasant and informative. Its not one time that they didn't respond back to us about vacation questions and any other questions.
