The living room boasts an open floor plan adorned with modern furnishings, creating a comfortable environment to unwind by the fireplace while enjoying the mountain views. Amenities include a flat-screen television, DVD player, VCR, complimentary Wi-Fi, a queen sofa sleeper, and access to the private patio, rendering this area of the condo both spacious and welcoming. The main room features a snug alcove designated for the dining area, which accommodates seating for up to six individuals. The kitchen is fully equipped with contemporary appliances, updated countertops, and freshly painted cabinets. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a bunk bed to offer additional sleeping arrangements. It is noteworthy that this bedding configuration is exclusive to this specific unit. Furthermore, there is one full bathroom conveniently located next to the bedroom. Please note that this unit does not have air conditioning available. The toilet was not set and was loose from the floor when we got there, but they had a handyman come out quickly to fix it. While he was there he fixed a light switch issue as well. There are some little quirks, like the fact that the fridge rolls when you open the door and the dishwasher isn't totally set, so when you open it, the whole thing kind of leans forward. Parking lot not paved just old dirt and dusty without markings. Poor lighting at night. No guard rails on the steps from parking lot to the units for disabled person. Bathroom fan extremely noisy and slow toilet. Shower head old and on a single stream. Nice location, close parking, everything you need for the weekend. Check-in is off site, and you need to call ahead if you arrive late. It wasn't difficult, just another step. ##### Ann R.
