The toilet was not set and was loose from the floor when we got there, but they had a handyman come out quickly to fix it. While he was there he fixed a light switch issue as well. There are some little quirks, like the fact that the fridge rolls when you open the door and the dishwasher isn't totally set, so when you open it, the whole thing kind of leans forward. Upon arrival maintenance man was working on the boiler defects/malfunction. Parking lot not paved just old dirt and dusty without markings. Poor lighting at night. No guard rails on the steps from parking lot to the units for disabled person. Bathroom fan extremely noisy and slow toilet. Shower head old and on a single stream.
