O hotel tem um atendimento nota 10, funcionários muito bons. O que tem de melhorar são detalhes. Achei estranho que na recepção não solicitassem os dados da minha esposa (será porque é negra?), achei uma falha de segurança, e se alguma coisa acontecesse? O Café é bom, mas falta estar organizado o salão, já que o 1 dia tinha muitas mesas sujas e com o material de outros turistas.
