Amazing gem during your visit to the falls

Amazing gem wow! I didn't have any expectations for this hotel as I just needed a 1 night stay to visit the falls but it impressed me so much! Really liked the lobby area and whole cosiness of the hotel. Amazing female receptionist working on 1 Apr morning (I didn't get her name) but she spoke english and had great service. The room is very clean and had a great bathroom with good water pressure, toilet paper was by sheets instead of a roll and there's a Bidet gun. There is also a safe and fridge. The surrounding is nothing much except for the mall. Also, the breakfast had an amazing large spread with lots of food varieties. The whole decor of the hotel seems to be Italian theme, hence the hotel name. Highly recommended!

I loved in the hotel everything was about Italy, decorations, even the music and food options during breakfast. Room was confortable with everything you need. As Iguazu weather was nice, we did not need to use the air conditioner. I will recommend them to add a mesh window. This may save energy and customers may feel more comfortable. Deep washing in some bedding items will add better confort and cleanliness feeling to customers.

Rooms on the back (main building above reception and the breakfast area ) are very noise. If you are placed in a room facing the pool, the air conditioners and the pool filtering system will make your night sleep impossible. It's not only the noise from the air conditioner, it's the vibrations that are bad. These rooms should be tested for acceptable noise levels by the health authorities. Rooms on front , you will hear all the street noise and traffic. There is no central air conditioning so ea h room has its own air-conditioned placed outside and if you turn off yours, you can hear the noise from the other room air conditioner and because these units are very old, they are super noise as well. Rooms are very basic but OK for a short stay. They do not offer filtered water so you can refill your water bottles.
