Paid for 2 queen beds they said they could only give me a king and a pull out sofa. Desk had a nail or toe nail clipping on it and there was a hair and wrapper in the shower . It was not clean and I didn’t get what I paid for . No towels for pool either. Very dissatisfied

I am very impressed with this Hampton Inn and Suites. Honestly, the best Hampton Inn that I've ever stsyed at. Love the location, the staff was very accommodating, the room(king suite) was perfect, even the free breakfast was really good!

This was not my first time staying here, but it was for my friends this weekend, They asked me for a hotel in the area that I could recommend to them and instantly I told them Hampton Inn in Foxborough! My daughter and I even stayed one night so that we all could go out to dinner in the area and just hang out. The breakfast, hot and full of course, was great. Hampton Inn-Foxborough just made a few additional customers just this weekend just based on my recommendation. Also the pool was great as our daughters got to swim as well.

Like the location of the hotel but the power went out with no back up generator and it was pitch black. People got stuck in the elevator and no communication at all. Breakfast was also not great.

The morning breakfast food offered was well presented with a good selection. The front desk staff we spoke with were all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We stayed three nights for Thanksgiving weekend, but our room was only cleaned once so that was a bit annoying. Otherwise, a very nice experience.

The thermostat was out of wack. It either blew hit or freezing cold….. no comfortable medium even when we totally turned it off…. It still blew. The boxed tissue was like sandpaper but otherwise it was all lovely
