"Room was spacious and clean, and quiet. Breakfast was good, and I especially enjoyed the veggie egg white omelette! And turkey sausage. We took one star away after using the shower. VERY poor water pressure. Was not good for my 6' hubby, but particularly disappointing for me at 5'2". When the low-pressure water from the 7' high shower head hit me, it was very weak and dispersed. Took a while to rinse out shampoo and conditioner."

"5 stars for friendly service and clean rooms. This is an economy stay, so adjust your expectations - the area is semi-industrial. The price is good for clean sheets and bathroom. The service was friendly on the phone and when I arrived at a late hour. They do need a room key drop box for when you leave at an early hour."

Dodge House Hotel & Convention Center

"This hotel was a gem in its heyday, so it's definitely vintage. Some things could be modernized; other things need some maintenance, but all minor in comparison to the experience of staying at the Dodge House. The room was clean and comfortable, air conditioning worked great and the shower had great pressure. The indoor gaming/pool courtyard can provide oodles of fun for the kiddos in a safe, indoor environment. It's too bad the connecting restaurant is no longer open, but there are plenty of nearby options. Overall, it's a pretty neat place for young and old alike."

"Place was an older property but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice. Our room did kind of smell like smoke but there was an ashtray outside our room on the AC so I'm thinking the smell came from that. Overall everything was good."

"Great for the purpose! A place to stay after the races, close, fair price, comfy and clean! If your looking for a place to lay your head for the night this is good!"
