I have been staying at the property for 13 years or more every time I come home to visit Twice or three a year. This is the first time I had problems. I know it’s because of the new renovation but I need to be compensated for having know air conditioning from Friday 6pm til Saturday 3pm on an hot day as Saturday. They finally moved me to another room. Other than that my husband loves Tutwiler because of the history of Birmingham so he will not go nowhere else. Checked out today hopefully management will reach out to with me concerning this issue.
