The apartment was nice and clean, the bed was good, the pool was a nice touch. So now to the not so good 1 . The spotlight shining in the bedroom all night kept us awake most of the night. 2. There was NO hot water in the shower, also very bad. We called phone number and let them know we were having issues with no hot water and they said they would send someone in Saturday. That person never came. 3. The directions to our apartment, were unclear. We had to get help from leasing office. Access to what we wanted to do was good. May I suggest either black out curtains in bedroom or the complex turn the lights at 11:00pm, or both. The snacks, bottled water and extras were a nice touch.

The apartment is beautiful and extremely clean. The location was very close to the convention center and downtown. A great choice for business travelers who appreciate a quiet private retreat.

The check in process was a bit confusing but we took the challenge as sort of a scavenger hunt which was actually fun for us and the kids. Loved the property and would definitely stay there again!

They lied to us, and instead offering us one bedroom apartment, they wanted to give us a studio. They were very rude, and we never check in. They texted us and promised that they will return all money, but in the end they charged us for one night .
