Beach access was very nearby, the condo came with a complimentary umbrella with two chairs which were extremely convenient, and the water park area was a massive hit for the kids. The condo had been cleaned very well before our arrival to the point that you could tell the floors had been mopped and the refirigerator shelves get cleaned on a consistent basis.
