The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, and the unit includes a private washer and dryer for your convenience. Your stay also includes free seasonal beach service (two chairs and an umbrella) and covered parking. You are within walking distance of the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, the Gulfarium, and several restaurants. This seven-story complex features 102 units, each offering a private balcony with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. These one- to three-bedroom condos include full kitchens and in-unit laundry, while the property itself offers two swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, and grilling areas. Your rental will include seasonal beach service, providing you with beach chairs and umbrellas. The resort is positioned near several local attractions on Okaloosa Island. Guests can walk to the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park and the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, while The Boardwalk offers shopping and entertainment less than a mile away. For a wider variety of activities, the Destin Harbor Boardwalk is approximately 6 miles to the east, typically a 10-minute drive. This hub is the primary location for fishing charters, dolphin tours, and waterfront nightlife. Parking: Free uncovered parking is provided for up to 3 vehicles with each reservation. One designated space is covered, and the others are uncovered in the open lot. Food: For groceries, you're just a short drive from Publix at Shoppes at Paradise Pointe or nearby Winn-Dixie, making snack time and meal prep stress-free. Dining options near Gulf Dunes are varied and accessible. Stewby's Seafood Shanty is a popular spot for fresh seafood located directly across the street. Other nearby choices include Old Bay Steamer for steamed platters and The Gulf, which offers outdoor seating and bay views. For Italian cuisine, Vincenzo's Italian Bistro is a short distance away, and The Shack provides a classic waterfront setting for local seafood. Beach Service: One set (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are provided complimentary with your reservation daily between Mar 1 and Oct 31\. The beach service vendor will set the chairs up 8am-9am typically. Chairs are typically claimed as guests arrive. You will be able to reserve an available set of chairs with a towel, beach bag, etc. It is recommended that you reserve your chairs early while availability is plentiful. Additional sets may be purchased by speaking with the vendor upon arrival. Private chairs and canopies up to 10'x10' are generally allowed barring they do not interfere with the beach service access and/or view. Pool: There are two ocean-side gated pools at this resort which are open year-round. Pools are typically heated only as needed to maintain a tenable level, which is typically to a water temperature between 68-75℉. This place had more kitchen utensils than you could ever need, well stocked, it even had sand toys and boodie boards for the kids. Every appliance is in working order and the A/C works great. Property is well maintained. Stewby’s across the street is the best meal around. At the best price around. I did have to call to check out, directions say to check out on the Happy Stays app, but wasn’t able to find it there…. We stayed for a week for a family vacation. The location was great and the view of the beach is amazing from the patio. The property is nicely maintained and has a good variety of amenities. The option to rent kayaks and paddle boards from the beach was an added bonus. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a minor maintenance issue and property management was very prompt in addressing the issue. Would definitely recommend! ##### Jessica N. There were two pools but only one was available because of balcony railings being painted. This should be done in the fall during less busy times The one pool was so busy for the east and west buildings to share. Twin bunk beds were uncomfortable. Several phone calls from the resort are a nuisance when someone is vacationing. Maintenance had to enter our room for an air conditioning problem two floors below us. The pools are also somewhat small. We did like the area. It was not too congested. ##### Christina H. It fit our needs perfectly for a week at the beach with no plans! Everything was clean, stocked, and ready for us to go. All we had to do was go right down the street and buy some groceries. My only suggestion would be to add a pizza pan to the kitchen but then again, I think our family eats pizza more than most. :) We are already planning our next trip! ##### Amber L. It was very clean and had plenty of room you will not feel cramped in the space. They have a tv and DVD player in every bedroom. We took toys for my 3 year old but she found a big tub of wooden blocks they had in the kids room and loved playing with those all week! The bathtub in the master bedroom is huge great for long baths! You are just down the road from a publix grocery store so you can run out for a quick pick up. Also just down the road about 1/2 a mile is the aquarium and the boardwalk with all the resturants. You have your own covered parking garage spot right by the elevators so easy to unload and pack up the car. Pool is great perfect for kids 3-4 ft deep only and this condo comes with a set of chairs and umbrella on the beach that is set up every morning they are normally $20 a day.
