Newly remodeled and open floor plan 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the ground floor. Master bedroom has a king size bed. The gues bedroom has a twin bunk over a full bed with a twin trundle. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. For kids there is a pack and play and beach toys. The owner has supplied a beach wagon, beach cart, beach chairs and umbrellas as well as a cooler. Book the sister condo 113 at the same time and get a 10% discount. Free Wi-Fi available

El Matador Condominiums are located next to 17 miles of uninhabited beach. To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Beautiful place.

It was very clean and was in a good location. It was stocked as well as my own home. We didnt have room for my youngest sons pack and play and their was one in the guest bed. It was great. Lots of beach toys in storage' dishes and extra linens and blankets. Would recommend and we will be staying again next time.
