"My stay was from Sat to Sun. King /Ocean View Rm. I booked through a third party, The pictures are old, the place looks much older in person. There was a 5% Ocean view. The Shower in my rm did not work, my TV did not work, they had no internet. When I asked to move to another rm....they said there was no other rms available. So asked abt giving me at least half of my money back they because I already checked In, they cant give me my money back...check in was at 3pm, this happened at 530pm. I was pissed 😤 No TV and I couldn't take a proper shower!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! So they offered me a $40 gift certificate, which they had written on thr back of a decal sticker to a smoke shop! I dont smoke and I have no need of ever going into a smoke shop! Do Not Book a stay at Royal INN. I paid $318 for a dump!"

"We stayed 4- 18-26 the chair in the room had mold on it, the bathroom drains did not drain very well and the shower was moldy and the tub had holes it. The balcony looked like I built it from leftover materials from a job site. The bathroom door had to be forced to close and open. Over all I could have stayed at the royal inn across the street and saved 75$ it's to bad , I've stayed there before and had a great experience, maybe there's a new owner that doesn't care. Antoine"

"I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The room was extremely dirty when I arrived — the floors looked like they had not been cleaned, the bathroom was filthy, and there were stains on the sheets and towels. It was honestly shocking. To make matters worse, there were serious water problems during my stay. The shower had little to no water pressure, and at times there was no hot water at all. The sink was also draining very slowly, which made the situation even more frustrating. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful when I brought these issues to their attention. Instead of trying to resolve the problems, they acted like I was inconveniencing them. Management was even worse — they clearly did not care and made no real effort to fix anything despite multiple complaints. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Poor cleanliness, maintenance issues, rude staff, and careless management made this stay unacceptable."

"The room was ok the bed needs to be softer but its other than that it was go"

"Staff is very rude, especially the guy. And the hotel need to start using clean bedding, it’s stained bad! (Bring your own) Also, needs proper cleaning. Base boards are dirty, bathroom sink is dirty, just needs a redo. Be aware of the drug addicts that’s often there, Loud noise throughout the night. I stayed 3 nights, until I found another spot. "

"The customer service was top tier! Mr. Zach was at the front desk when we checked in late at night (around 10:30pm) and he was so friendly and helpful. The communication was great, check out via text was so easy and convenient. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. We only stayed for one night on our way home, but it was the perfect choice. We would definitely stay here again."
