This hotel is old and run down. The bathroom is tiny, no sink space, back and forth stair climbs, 1 old chair on the creaky patio. Price gouge you at the restaurant and bar. Double charged my credit card for the room and then wont pick up the phone. Its a vampire motel w a nice ocean view. Stay somewhere else!

La chambre ne correspond pas du tout aux photos : l’hôtel possède 10 chambres rénovées avec vue sur mer, baie vitrée, espace de travail, rideaux, balcon etc… dont il publie les photos sur hôtels.com et autres sites. Mais l’essentiel des chambres sont des chambres de motel avec fenêtre sur les coursives sans baie vitrée et sans vue donnant sur le parking et les blocs de climatisation ! La vue campagne est une fenêtre minuscule sur le parking. Donc même pour une nuit je ne recommande pas !

The property is well located! But the rooms lack a lot of conditioning. My room had many maintenance failures. The fridge had missing parts and the ceiling looked like it had mold, it has to improve those aspects.

Property was a mess. 1st of all The 1st room that they gave me, the lock was broken and the girl at the front desk said they've been having problems with it for months. Then she told me she was going to have to find another place for me to stay, because there were no rooms available. I told them to displace somebody else who hadn't checked in yet. By putting me in a 15 by 15 room with 1 window that was about 3 by 3 , I paid for an ocean view. I went to the restaurant and it took 30 minutes before the server came to my table. I ordered a drink and calamari. It took another 30 minutes to get my drink. It was very watered down and was not even the drink I had ordered! It took another 40 minutes to get my food, which I went and got myself! It was hard, it was past rubbery.. The server could clearly see that I had tried to eat 2 pieces and that the platter was still full. I told her the problem and she said, "Well to you want to keep or have me throw it out " I was dumbfounded! Then when she brought me the bill it was $40 . I asked her if she expected me to pay for this mess and she said, " Yes, people take advantage and try to get a free meal "! I told her that she could clearly see that I had not eaten. She said that if I didn't pay that it would be charged to my room. I spoke to a different person at the front desk and she said sorry and walked away! The beach is not a beach. Do not stay here, it's a waste of money!!

Good location , loud music , thin walls

While the location to beach, bars and restaurants is amazing , the property did not inform us of the fact that live music (DJ) would be playing until midnight and that the area is would be riddled with drunk , loud , and generally unruly crowds. Don’t expect to get much sleep on a weekend ; however, if getting your drink and groove on is your idea of fun till the wee hours of the morning and being able to stumble back in close proximity to your room you have found the ideal location. You can sober up on the nearby beach and as long as paper thin walls don’t bother you there is a great deal to be had .

There is no one at the desk to receive calls. I, nor Expedia could get in contact with reception. Late check in is not properly disclosed. As for the exterior of building and surrounding property , I was not impressed the slightest. It doesn’t appear to be well kept up. Very disappointed!!!!

Room was disgusting! Sand in the bed. Sand all over the floor everywhere. Room was filthy! They triple charged my credit card! Trying to get that credited back is taking an act of Congress! They do not offer handicapped assistance either!! DONT STAY HERE! They will rip you off!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating from beginning to end, from the receptionist, to the cleaning staff, the bar manager and bartenders. The hotel room was clean and as described. Highly recommend, would visit again

We have stayed here for many years under many different management changes or ownership changes. A few years ago we stopped coming because it was getting so run down. After giving them a call and telling them of my concerns they asked us to give it another try. I have to say its a little bit improved. Not great but pretty good. Our room of course has a beautiful view. Its just little things that could be slightly better , like mold in the bathroom, or warped and banged up furniture, a chair with the finish worn off it and a lot of rust on light fixtures and stuff in the room. But it does look like they painted, tried to add some decor and all in all for the price it was okay for a night.

Room was not clean. It smelled musty and in desperate need of renovation. Rooms were over the bar/restaurant downstairs and they played loud music until 2am bith nights we were there. I would not stay there again. Only plus was an awesome location.

This was a anniversary get away for my husband and I. I was very excited to stay in a classic florida resort close to the water. The rooms online are not what you get when you register. The rooms smell like the animals they allow and the smoking they permit. There is no insulation in the rooms above the bar and no consideration to the patrons. The noise was so loud it vibrates the bed. The office manager moved us after complaining for two days that we could not sleep with the obnoxious noise. They moved us to a room that smelled like a smoke box. The rooms are not renovated, they just bought new furniture. The hotel has so much potential, but what they allow to happen is disappointing. Our upstairs neighbor brought their dogs and they barked, whined and cried all night long. The bar staff was nice, food was ok, drinks were yummy. The taco spot on the corner was great and the beach was lovely. The only poor thing were the rooms and noise. I hope they fix it soon, such a shame to have that amazing location and to have such a disheveled place to house guests. **No elevators**

Room caused me and my wife severe allergies and I don’t even have allergies we had to check out within a few hours of arriving and they have no onsite employees after 8pm
