It is a block away from a grocery store, 10-minute walk to the Edison House, and 20-minute walk from downtown Fort Myers. It is right off of Mcgregor, which is a straight shot to the beaches, about 30 minutes (take the trolley to avoid 1+hour drive during peak times). The pool is great; warm and clean. The location is definitely not touristy and the outside of the house could use a little TLC but overall, it was exactly what we wanted. And you can't beat the price for what you get. ##### Lisa V.
