The apartment has a separate entrance. The lovingly furnished Apartment Flamingo welcomes you to maritime furnished so that the holiday feeling sets immediately. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to coffee maker, kettle and Taoster you will also find plenty of crockery, cutlery and other kitchen utensils, which will make your stay as pleasant as possible. The day bed in the kitchen is not only a cozy place to watch TV but also offers a third person to sleep. The bedroom has a queen size bed and access to the bathroom with shower. With just a few steps you can reach the communal pool through the garden, which is heated in winter. It is a block away from a grocery store, 10-minute walk to the Edison House, and 20-minute walk from downtown Fort Myers. It is right off of Mcgregor, which is a straight shot to the beaches, about 30 minutes (take the trolley to avoid 1+hour drive during peak times). The pool is great; warm and clean. The location is definitely not touristy and the outside of the house could use a little TLC but overall, it was exactly what we wanted. And you can't beat the price for what you get. ##### Lisa V.
