We had such an amazing week long stay at this vacation home! The location is perfect, right on the bay where we got to watch dolphins swim daily, a short drive to multiple restaurants and a Publix grocery store and 5 minute walk to the ocean :) The home was stocked with plenty of toiletries, kitchen tools, towels etc and even had bikes, beach chairs, pool toys, a cooler and a large sized wagon to haul everything to beach. Property management company was responsive on email, but not on actually helping. We were told twice an A/C person was coming as we couldn't get the main floor to go below 74/75 each day. Not sure if they came but only on checkout day was it 71.We also asked about a credit as the description was wrong on number of beds and that is a huge part of why you chose a place. Bedroom 2 and 3 only have one queen as opposed to one of them having two queens. Never heard back.Also bring garbage bags to line the bedrooms doors/windows that don't have blinds. ##### Cathy N.
