There is no better way to experience the beach and the "Broadwalk" than by bicycle. At 2.5 miles, it is perfect for an informal stroll or a bike ride. Segway tours are also available along "Broadwalk". South Beach and Miami are a short drive from our complex. Named one of the best beach footbridges in the United States by Travel + Leisure Magazine, the "Broadwalk" paved with bricks, as the locals affectionately call it, has two and a half miles of bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. With a small-town feel, Hollywood Beach is full of bars and restaurants that cannot be found anywhere else. For a truly local experience, you can't go wrong with The Le Tub Saloon, GG's Waterfront Grill, El Tayta and Taverna Opa. Getting Around: ● From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL): There are 7.72 miles between FLL and Hollywood Beach. ● From Miami International Airport (MIA): Hollywood Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA. In both cases, you can either take an Uber or rent a car at the Airport. Other Things to Note: ●Registration fee: $50 (one time only). ●Parking is not included in the listing. No car needed but if you need a parking space: You can either park your car at the condo for $42 a day or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for only $110 plus taxes. It’s just a hotel room so if you’re looking for some place to actually use as a condo or apartment this is not it. I was also required to send a screenshot of my payment for my bank to insured that I paid . I was told if I didn’t there would be delays checking in. I explained to the host I am not comfortable with it. The delay in check it was that their company (not Vrbo) wouldn’t let me check in without it. Also be aware of the extra fees of that you have to pay to the hotel upon check in.. I missed them in the listing. Location was a block away from the beach as well as a decent choice of restaurants so there are some positives . ##### Shannon W. Our Uber driver asked us where we were staying and we told him the 5⭐️Beach Paradise Resort which he did not know, but using the property address and pictures led us to hotel. Location is great, pretty much in the center of the broad walk. There is a short walk from hotel to beach/broadwalk. Room was clean and modern and towels were always available on request. We were pleasantly surprised with food quality/choices in Hollywood Beach area. We will definitely consider returning in the future. ##### Brent M. We love Hollywood Beach and this property is not only in an A+ location, but the room was as featured, clean and owner quick and east to communicate with. Teh staff upon check-in and check out were very nice - Building rooftop pool area was great, only a few steps up to the beach and Broadwalk. Walking distance to pretty much everything you need.
