Segway tours are also available along "Broadwalk". South Beach and Miami are a short drive from our complex. Named one of the best beach footbridges in the United States by Travel + Leisure Magazine, the "Broadwalk" paved with bricks, as the locals affectionately call it, has two and a half miles of bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. With a small-town feel, Hollywood Beach is full of bars and restaurants that cannot be found anywhere else. For a truly local experience, you can't go wrong with The Le Tub Saloon, GG's Waterfront Grill, El Tayta and Taverna Opa. Getting Around: ● From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL): There are 7.72 miles between FLL and Hollywood Beach. ● From Miami International Airport (MIA): Hollywood Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA. In both cases, you can either take an Uber or rent a car at the Airport. Other Things to Note: ●Registration fee: $50 (one time only). ●Parking is not included in the listing. No car needed but if you need a parking space: You can either park your car at the condo for $42 a day or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for only $110 plus taxes. Rooftop pool was a nice area. Owner was responsive. Unit was clean and beds were comfortable. The only "complaint" is that the technology is NOT "state of the art." TVs were not smart tvs so no streaming possible. Channels has to be "searched" for 10 minutes prior to selecting a program and the guide did not work. We were not there to watch tv but would have been nice to be able to stream a show. Overall experience was good and we.recommend it. ##### Lena L. The view was breathtaking taking. From check in to check out was amazing. The host response time was exceptional. The movie night did not meet my expectations, the movie screen was not stable because it kept moving back and forth; and was not big enough, the speakers weren't loud enough the restaurants music played louder than the movie which was distracting (which is not on the host). ##### Andrea M. This stay again was clean and a large 1 bedroom with kitchen. There is a nice view from the Balcony of the ocean and Broadwalk conveniently located a short walk to the beach.
