The space Located on the 3rd floor of a walk-up complex, this southeast-facing unit is designed and styled for relaxation and comfort. The open plan air-conditioned living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen or cook a BBQ on the east facing balcony. It is not a fully modernized apartment, but it was comfortable enough and functional. Elders with much to carry should be aware that the apartment is on the fourth floor of the building. You'll get your daily exercises in this way! The process to sign up and set up access to the apartment worked well. Tracey was friendly and very helpful to us with any questions. The kitchen had most everything needed for cooking and serving meals, especially for a beach pad. There are also helpful cooking herbs and spices in their cabinets. There were no ants, roaches or other bugs to bug us, which is great for a beach property. The beds were comfy and the bathroom and shower all worked well. Tracey was also clear about the check out process and is available by text or phone. We'd stay there again.Thanks, Tracey! ##### Frank R.
