Formentera property
The apartment has everything you need and is very comforable. It is close to some very nice Spanish restaurants and about 2 min walk to a good supermarket. The village is quite, very Spanish and is about 15 from the nearest beach. I would certainly recommend this for a quite, relaxing destination.

Property beautiful finished and very modern
The apartment was spotless and very modern looking. Bright and spacious. Set right at the edge of a beautiful old Spanish village with lots of places to eat and drink for very reasonable prices. The pools are great in the complex and the complete roof is a great hideaway for sunbathing . Beach only 10 minutes away in guardamar .

Great property, excellent value in a good location
We booked with only a day's notice and Kevin was quick to call us back and make all the arrangements. This took the pressure off to allow us to make our flight bookings. Karl met us at the property when we arrived in the middle of the night and showed us in. The property is modern and clean and the block was very quiet when we were there. The apartment had all the facilities we needed. We used the pool which was simple and fine for us. We are climbers and used the apartment as a base to travel to the various mountains and crags around Costa Blanca and it worked well for us. We were really pleased to get such good value at the very last minute and would certainly stay again.

Appartement agréable
Nous avons séjourné 15 jours avec nos 3 enfants dans l'agréable appartement de Kevin. L'appartement est conforme au descriptif, spacieux et la présence de 2 salles de bain est fort appréciable pour notre famille nombreuse. De même, la clim dans la chambre et la pièce principale est appréciable en plein été ! Dommage qu'il n'y en a pas dans la chambre d'enfants mais il y avait des ventilateurs permettant de ventiler un peu la chambre avant la nuit. Kevin a su répondre à distance à nos petits soucis de connexion internet qui ne fonctionnait pas, de porte fenêtre bloquée....Hormis le fait que nous nous sommes fait rayer tout le côté droit de notre voiture deux soirs de suite, nous avons passé un bon séjour à Formentera, que nous connaissions déjà. Juste quelques petits détails : le matelas du lit pliant commence à avoir vécu et ce serait bien d'avoir quelques plats pouvant aller au four ! ( + quelques casseroles de plus, mais c'est sans doute parce que j'aime cuisiner !). Mais ce ne sont là que des petites suggestions. Nous recommandons cette location. Dominique et Frédéric

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, Gute Ausstattung
Der Aufenthalt hat uns gut gefallen (4 Personen). Viel Platz, gute Ausstattung und klimatisiert, dadurch dass der Vermieter die Wohnung selber bewohnt, wenn nicht vermietet. Bis auf einige kleine Dinge war alles da. Sehr wertvoll bei einem Strandurlaub ist eine eigene Waschmaschine. Die Wohnung liegt zwar im 3. Stock, aber es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Die Kommunikation und Übergabe waren völlig unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Der Vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend.

Plenty of space, good facilities and air-conditioned, in that the landlord lives the apartment itself, if not rented. Except for a few small things, everything was there. Very valuable for a beach holiday is its own washing machine. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, but there is an elevator. The communication and transfer were completely uncomplicated and very friendly. The landlord is very attentive.
