Apartment just a few meters from the historic San Frediano district in Florence!

The apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful building. The two rooms are spacious and very cozy. The apartment features two double bedrooms, a living room with a DVD player, a set-top box for international channels, and an LCD TV, a fully equipped separate kitchen, and a bathroom. The living room features a double sofa bed. At the entrance to the apartment, there is a well-stocked closet where you’ll also find many maps and itineraries for Florence, as well as other useful information for visiting the city. The apartment has two balconies overlooking a quiet garden.

The apartment is located in the historic centre of Florence, in the historic district of “San Frediano.” The historic district of San Frediano was named the “coolest” in the world in 2017 by Lonely Planet!! From the apartment, you can walk to all the major sights in Florence’s historic centre (Boboli Gardens 400 metres, Pitti Palace 500 metres, and the Ponte Vecchio 900 metres from our property). If you’d rather not walk into the city, the bus stop is just 50 metres from the house; the bus will take you to Florence’s medieval city centre in 3 minutes. Florence’s most elegant shopping streets—with stores selling antiques, jewellery, leather goods, linens, groceries, and pastries—are all within easy walking distance. There’s also a large supermarket just 300 metres from the property.
