The bathroom was extremely small. I’m 5’ and 130lbs and had a very hard time moving around in there. But, with that being said, the location couldn’t have been more perfect and it was a very clean and maintained place to stay. I would recommend it, just be aware the bathrooms are very small.

Great hotel. Great location. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only challenge was initially finding the property. We were provided with the incorrect phone number for the host which delayed our arrival. I would recommend that the host provide clearer directions for how to locate the property. After this initial confusion, the service was excellent and highly responsive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone one seeking a comfortable stay in the beautiful city of Florence. Ciao!

It was a little scary because I am used to conventional hotels with a permanent staff presence, but it was so easy. When you arrive they text you an entry code for the room. The property owner was in constant contact via whatsapp and it was very very easy. The room Itself is in the most AMAZING location. Right in one of Florence’s most famous squares. Central to everything. You will not believe the view. One thing I will say is bring an adapter for older Italian plugs. They sell them nearby if you forget. Everything is brilliant and we cannot wait to go again.

This is a perfect spot to stay! Not only is the view of the square great, it’s walkable to all of the major attractions and hot spots. Serena was super helpful with anything I needed. Will definitely recommend and stay again next time I’m in Florence!

L'emplacement central, l'équipement de la chambre trés bien.attention aux mobilité réduite l'ascensceur au n+1. Tout est à proximité moins de 200 mètres beaucoup de centres d'intérêts dont les plus importants. Bien isolé et au calme malgré la rue piétonne trés fréquentée. Literie trés bonne.

Fantastisk beliggenhet, bildene lyver ikke! Utsikt over Piazza della Signoria med yrende liv både morgen og kveld. Gåavstand til de fleste attraksjoner. Hotellet består av kun fire nyoppussede, moderne og lyse rom og vi var de første gjestene! Rask og god kommunikasjon med eier. Kan anbefales på det varmeste!
