Location was great, staff were very friendly and helpful, great size room with a lovely outlook … a few stairs to climb but there was an elevator, could do with in iron but I understand why there wasn’t one … how could you be unhappy about anything in beautiful Firenze …. We would go back for sure … thank you

This is a a jewel in the heart of Florence. Super clean, attention to detail in the room. Well maintained and the staff take pride in ensuring their clients are taken care of from specific parking instructions to leaving the city. The location is amazingly convenient. I would highly recommend. Best stay and experience in Italy - excellent value for money. Please know that Florence is a difficult city to access by car - the hotel will help guide you prior to arrival - parking will be at a separate garage that you need to pay for - 40 euros per day Garage Della Terme - excellent service and book on line. The peace of mind and minimization of stress will be worth it. Thank you Residenza Alessandra !

Perfect Florence Getaway
We had the best experience at Residenza Alessandra! It is in a great location within Florence - close to the Arno river, tourist spots, and great shopping. There was plenty of space within the room, bathroom, and loft above. The hospitality was great and every one was so kind to help us - including local dinner recommendations! We can't recommend this place enough!

This is a fantastic property - especially for a family. It is well appointed and has a great use of space. It is in a terrific location. The staff was wonderful. It is a great mix of modern convenience and old world charm. Photos online do not do the property justice. Far better in person. Would definitely highly recommend and will book again when we return to Florence. Have already recommended to friends planning a trip.

It is a beautifully appointed apartment in a street off the main “strip” in Florence. Very close to the Ponte Vecchio, and easy walking to all other sites. It’s in an extremely old building (I think they said 16th century). Definitely recommend it. The staff couldn’t do enough for us, bellissimo!!

The staff here are amazing. Andre, Monte and Lorenzo(?) were super friendly. The hotel was in a great location to all sight seeing and restaurants. It was clean and spacious. We will stay here for sure, if we are back in Florence.

Excellent location and value.
We had a wonderful stay at the property. It is in a building directly opposite the main hotel. The rooms were spacious and updated and very clean and comfortable. The staff, especially Andrea were excellent and very helpful at all times. Housekeeping staff were fastidious and kept our room immaculate. The location of the property was excellent for our plans of touring the sites but it was amazing to be on a quiet street while in the central district. We hope to visit again soon.

The staff were amazing. Very helpful and friendly. I had a small issue with my roomwhich was sorted very quickly. I loved the decor and size of the rooms. It was very centrally located within easy walking distance of most parts of central Florence. Would definitly stay here again.

We like the location which is convenient and quiet enough not to be overwhelmed by the tourist crowds. For the place itself, it is clean and a lot of room in both lounge and bathroom. Andrea has been very helpful before our journey and at check-in and even we leave the place.

Great location, good space for a stay in Florence.
The room we had in the residenza was excellent. All freshly renovated, the bathroom was a great size, and the bed was large and comfortable. The aircon cooled the space well, and the little upstairs sitting space was great to give you some more room. The location was really near Ponte Vecchio, and an easy walk to everywhere we were interested in. Would absolutely stay again.

I highly recommend this hotel. Wonderfully located close to all the sites. The room is spacious with a lounge area separate from the sleeping area. Beautiful bathroom. Great amenities. Close to restaurants, coffee nooks and gelato shops. Lots of stairs for daily exercise. Great, knowledgeable staff with excellent knowledge of English. Will stay again.

The property itself was clean and accommodated all of us perfectly. The kitchen and Netflix were a plus! The best part of it all was Andrea - he took the time to make sure we could navigate to the property appropriately and made sure well in advance that we were sufficiently knowledgeable about the trip to get there. He was also extremely helpful in giving us directions into and out of the city given that the GPS in the area is unreliable. Andrea was the best host I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

The managerial staff greeted us and showed us where our room was (in another building about 15ft from main hotel). The room was amazing, clean, and modern. The bed was comfy, the bathroom/shower was amazing, and there is a loft. The staff was very helpful and responsive to questions, and gave recommendations. Wifi in the room was good.

Lo mejor la ubicación. Está justo por detrás del ponte Vecchio, a escasos 10 min andando del Duomo. Puedes moverte cómodamente por el centro sin necesidad de transporte. En relación al estado del edificio en el que se encuentra el apartamento deja mucho que desear, está sucio y descuidado. El apartamento en sí estaba aceptable a simple vista. La cama de matrimonio estaba compuesta por dos colchones de 90 cm juntos que hacían imposible dormir en la parte central, era bastante incómodo. El baño la limpieza era escasa, encontramos restos de pelos en la ducha. En resumen, buena ubicación pero el apartamento con muchas cosas a mejorar.
