I cannot give you and the place i booked through your websites minus 5 otherwise i would've. Most disgusting place i have ever booked I wasn't comfortable at your place at all the pictures of the place and what it is actually is night and day. your furniture is dirty,old,broken and ripped. floors are dirty you didn't provide any coffee or tea. none of your electrical outlets are standard and you only provide one adaptor for it. we haven't had any hot water from the day we check in until the day we checked out. 5 PEOPLE AND NO HOT WATER FOR THREE DAYS you hospitality level is below zero I took pictures and videos and I assure you that you will hear from me and I will make sure to give you lowest level of service possible. I will make sure none of my friends and people I know ever use ur apartments to stay. most horrible experience of my life you basically ruined my vacation for my family and I. Stay away as far as you can from this place. I have pictures to prove it.

Our time in Firenze

First the "difficult". Two days started out with no hot water. Repairs effected within 4 hours but left us wondering every morning if it would be another cold day. Furniture was made for ancient romans, people not over 4'6" tall. Very dark everywhere in apartment. Would have been nice if there were screens that worked on the windows so we could enjoy the fresh air. The good: Elevator was a life saver. Location nearly negated my comments above. Close to everything and safe and clean neighborhood. WIFI good.

They were responsive only after multiple texts. Lighting extremely poor, additional towels only after multiple requests. No extra toilet paper, no trash bags…not very good. The best part was location central to many attractions. It must have been a lovely place at one time.

Great location stay in Florence

Our communications prior to arrival had very quick responses. They accommodated us to drop bags before check in time. This location is absolutely amazing! Literally 1 minute walk to the Ufizi but in a quiet area off the plaza. Very spacious place. The air conditioning was a relief from the heat (mid September).

Nice place - but negative ending

Overall, this was a great place in the city of Florence. We loved our time in that city as a highlight of our overall Italy trip. This unit was well furnished and comfortable for my family. The issue came during the last day when the hot water stopped working, and we could not shower for two days. Furthermore, on the last day of checkout at 8:15 AM someone came into our apartment unannounced to allegedly fix the issue. This was alarming and unplanned, so communication could’ve been better. I asked them to compensate us a little bit for the lack of hot water and showering opportunities, but they simply refused to acknowledge my request, and said they tried their best. If everything works as planned, this is a nice place but if anything breaks, good luck. Again, we love the city of Florence and the people there are incredible.

Disappointing experience

I had high hopes for this property after other rental experiences in Italy, and the description. Location was great, quality and experience was disappointing. The address provided was wrong, we had to wait in an alley for 45 minutes for the host’s friend, the downstairs toilet got stuck in flush mode, the upstairs shower would not drain & then after a handyman came to “fix it all,” the hot water heater was not working. I asked for help and received very delayed messages (hours later). My best friend had to take a cold shower. There were no paper towels, sponge for dishes… no coffee or tea of any kind (as is normal for other properties). It was a bare shell with multiple problems. I have never stayed in a property this problematic. If you stay here, be prepared for issues and a lack of responsiveness. I would never recommend this property to anyone.

Great location, huge apartment...not so great amenities

The property is amazingly located and huge, but needs some things...first a good cleaning. Second, get rid of the mosquitoes. Third, how about a microwave, which would save much money on food. Fourth, when I ask you to come to the apartment. Because I can't get in, don't just send me a message No. Sorry I'm working. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

Reconfirm Address of Apartment before check in

The check in process was a bit rough as the address we were given for the apartment was not correct. Right street but wrong number for some reason that did not make sense. Have never encountered this before. Greeter was not at the street entrance to apartment but upstairs in the apartment which did not work well for us. Extremely good location of a very large apartment. Both beds were a bit hard for our liking but shutters kept the early morning light out. Very nice loft area that would be nice separate area for a family that I think has a sofa bed. This apartment would be a pretty good space for a group of 6. Not the cleanest apartment we have rented and needs some TLC to bring it to a 5 star level that it is capable of.

Renting it was easy. Manager was great with communication. Google maps is not accurate as it leads you to the wrong side of building. Plenty of space for 6 adults. Perfect location.
