When we returned at 6:30pm, the place was in the exact same condition: no sheets on the beds, cigarette butts on the tables, no towels, no toilet paper, everything dirty. When we contacted them, they came to clean but took an hour, meanwhile, we were had to wait on the stairs. On top of that, they had a terrible attitude toward us. Even after they “cleaned,” the kitchen and utensils were still dirty, and the sheets were not properly cleaned. The dishwasher was also clogged and they never fixed it for us. They said they will refund one night, but after that, they completely stopped replying and gave no updates. Absolutely would NOT recommend this place. O quarto era úmido, com cheiro de mofo. O banheiro do quarto tinha um cheiro forte de esgoto, apesar de estar limpo. Tinta descascada pela umidade. A cozinha tinha poucas louças e talhares, tudo bem usado. Os chuveiros aqueciam bem e tinham boa pressão de água, mas molhavam o banheiro. É um lugar bastante amplo e muito bem localizado.
