The house is on the second floor of a charming building with a lift. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and consists of two bedrooms, one with two single beds that can be joined and one with a single bed, a fine living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a complete bathroom with a shower. No extras in this small apartment.- not even coffee or tea. The key to the building was not cut well. We struggled to open the door each time we returned after touring for the day. Sometimes we wondered if it was going to work at all. We did not use the kitchen facilities at all, so can’t comment on them, but there appeared to be the basics for dishes etc. There are a lot of stairs and the elevator was out of order. Within the apartment, there are numerous stairs. If you have a mobility issue, this would likely be problematic. The bathroom is very small. The shower is tiny, dropping the soap would be an issue to pick it up without stopping the water and opening the doors. So this would not be a good choice if you were of larger size. It was indeed in a great spot and did have air conditioning. When we arrived we found the window in the bath had been left open which resulted in numerous mosquitos buzzing around our heads the first night…sofa could do with a cleaning . Closely located to many amenities and an easy walk to many of the main attractions.
