This nice 40 m2 loft is on the 6th and last floor of a Historic Renaissance palace with Elevator. It has a brand new kitchen fully equipped, it can accommodate 4 people (2 in the bedroom on the mezzanine and 2 in the living room on the sofa bed), bathroom with shower, Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The elevator goes straight to the 6th floor, then there are 3 steps on the stairs to reach the entrance door. Inside you will find the living room in front of you and the brand new bathroom (with a very spacious shower) to the right. Further ahead to the right there is the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is on the mezzanine. It is 5 minutes walking stance from the Ponte Vecchio and The Uffizi gallery and from 10 to 20 minutes walking distance from all the others main monuments and museums. Be forewarned you will need to climb stairs to reach the bed in an upper loft. The apartment has two air units - a true blessing for hot days. Communication was excellent and a nice “how to” booklet explaining how to use the air units, heating system, and restaurant recommendations was made available. The only concern we had had nothing to do with the actual apartment- just the building’s elevator. In future visits, we’ll stay nowhere else. Jul 14, 2018 #### Wonderful Little Apartment in Florence Fantastic little apartment in Oltrarno neighborhood of Florence. Two minute walk to Pitti Palace, five minute walk to Ponte Vecchio and ten minutes to Duomo. One block away from Piazza Santo Spirito and excellent restaurants and cafes. Very well located and exactly as advertised. Check in was a breeze. Very friendly Matias met us at the apartment and filled us in on all of the apartments features.
