  • Leonardo is a large and spacious apartment located in the heart of elegant Florence.

    A few steps from Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio, overlooking the Loggia del Mercato Nuovo and the Fontana del Porcellino, the apartment consists of three double bedrooms, all with their own air conditioning and one of these with private bathroom, a second bathroom and a common entrance with fridge, kettle and coffee machine (kitchen not present). The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, WiFi and an espresso machine.

    The apartment is located on the third floor with a lift, it can be accessed independently thanks to our self check in system.

Crazy lady below

The location is great. Beds clean and comfortable. Shower backs up. Crazy lady screaming all hours of day and night massive garlic filled room at 3 am making one guest feeling very sick and headache.

The place was clean, a bit smaller than we anticipated.Beds were comfortable, no complaints.There is a lady that will confront you when you check in and use the elevator. Clearly her trigger is the elevator, as long as you use the stairs for the rest of your trip she won’t bother you again until you leave and use the elevator again. I don’t think there’s anything to host can do about this, just be aware as long as you’re calm and just go about your business, she will verbally confront you, but that is all. her apartment is directly below where you are staying.

Great location with plumbing issues

Location = 5 star. Right in the center of everything. Allowed us to drop bags off early which was very helpful. Older building as all are in the area. Major complaint was the plumbing issue caused back in one of the showers. I contact them and they arrived to see the issue. Plumber fixed while we were out but cleaning wouldn’t take place till next day. Only left us with one bathroom and a smell in the other room and bathroom. Made for an uncomfortable stay with no adjustment to rate.

Not a great experience

Property has a potent odor…..probably mold related due to leaking A/C unit which has completely buckled the hardwood floor. The A/C barely works, therefore it was miserably hot in the unit in July. Also, the lady that lives a floor below screamed and shouted at us the entire time we were there. It was beyond disturbing. I believe she could be dangerous. It is known that she does this and the property manager even warned us months before about her, yet they take no action and allow her to continue this behavior. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and we will not be staying here again.
